  1. Take a small amount of balm & warm it in your hands.
  2. Gently massage into the skin where your womb sits, just above your pubic bone.
  3. Extend the balm across your hip flexors, lower abdomen, & upper abdomen.

You can make this a daily ritual that is as long or as short as you need. Test on small patch of skin prior to use, to rule out sensitivity.
